AstroStuff is a single piece for now, but it takes a little practice: the Nichirin of the Frost Pillar isn't swung like an ordinary sword, it is drawn. Here is how to install the mod and get the blade in hand.

Tensura: Reincarnated has its own dependencies (ManasCore, Architectury API…): install them too.
AstroStuff goes on the server and on every client. PlayerAnimator, which animates the blade's motions, is only needed on clients: a dedicated server does without it.

Getting the Nichirin

No recipe for now. Take it from the Combat creative tab, or:

Your first minutes

Put it in your hotbar. The katana immediately appears sheathed at your left hip — and it stays there even while you hold something else.
Select it. Your right hand stays empty: the blade is sheathed, your left hand resting on the scabbard's mouth, thumb against the tsuba.
Attack. The blade leaps from the scabbard and cuts in the same motion: this is the draw, which hits at ×1.5 (15 damage) and freezes twice as hard.
Chain. Each attack plays the next strike — diagonal, rising cut, vertical, horizontal return — and leaves a frost trail and crystals in the air.
Stop for five seconds. The blade returns to its scabbard on its own: chiburi, slide, "chin". Your next attack will be a draw again.
