Noble's Blood is a vial of a vampire aristocrat's blood. For a Human, it is the gateway to Sanguinem: after drinking five, they can evolve into a Sanguinem Fledgling. For a vampire, it is a meal.
Use
Hold right-click to drink the vial (1.6 seconds, like a potion). It leaves an empty bottle behind.
