Seraph Exhaustion is the backlash of 
Seraph Awakening. It does not weaken you: it acts as a visible cooldown, shown in your effect list with its countdown.
How it works
- It starts at the same time as Awakening and lasts 2 min 30 s: the 30 seconds of Awakening, then 2 minutes.
- While it is active, the Seraph Vessel's race key does nothing except show "The Seraph within is exhausted."
- It produces no particles, but its icon is visible.
- Milk does not remove it: the cooldown cannot be shortened. It is kept if you log out.
No penalty
Exhaustion changes no statistic at all: no damage, speed or armor loss. Once Awakening ends, you simply go back to your normal values.
