Great Sage adds six keys, grouped in the Great Sage category of Options → Controls, where you can change all of them. If another mod already uses one, the Sage tells you instead of staying silent.
| Key | Default | Purpose | Since |
|---|---|---|---|
| Open the Great Sage | G | Opens the Great Sage menu (the console in shader rendering) | 0.0.4 |
| Assess mode | V | Opens and closes Assess Mode | 0.0.4 |
| Lock and scan target | B | Locks onto the aimed target, then scans it while held | 0.0.4 |
| Speak to Great Sage | none | Push-to-talk for Voice commands | 0.0.5 |
| Stop Great Sage (panic) | Delete | Clears everything, right away | 0.0.5 |
| Magic Sense | N | Turns Magic Sense and Magic Sense and auras on and off (0.0.7) | 0.0.7 |
- The menu, Assess Mode and voice require carrying the Great Sage (or a Raphael), and the world not having turned the Sage off (
sageInterface). - Speak to Great Sage has no default key: nobody opens their mic by accident while discovering the mod. It is only used in
pushToTalkmode; inwakemode, the wake word summons the Sage. - The panic stop clears the announcement queue, the voice, the Sage's bubble, the remarks and mic listening. It needs neither the skill nor a closed screen.
- Magic Sense requires a Tensura perception skill (Magic Sense, Universal Perception or All-Seeing Eye); without one, the Sage answers that it is not acquired. It can also be turned on by voice.
