Date a Slime

Date a Slime brings the Angels of Date A Live into the world of Tensura: Reincarnated. Every Angel is a real Tensura Ultimate skill, with its modes, its gestures, its name shouted out loud and effects drawn entirely by the mod — not a single vanilla particle. Around them: the Spirits who wield them, as bosses who learn how you fight; the Sephira Crystals you must purify in survival; and a ritual machine that tears an Angel out of whoever carries it.

The Spirits

Seven Spirits fight with their own Angel: Origami Tobiichi, Nia Honjo, Kurumi Tokisaki, Spirit of Binah, Yoshino, Mukuro Hoshimiya, Natsumi Kyouno and Miku. They don't follow a script: they watch your style, score what works against you, predict your movements, adapt to repeated hits and can be staggered to break their ultimate attacks. No hit kills in one blow. See The Spirits.

Each one waits at the heart of a sky sanctum — a giant, extremely rare citadel floating near the world's ceiling — and comes back there three hours after her defeat.

Getting an Angel

• In survival: a boss can drop a Qlipha Crystal, the impure Sephira. Absorbing it kills you; you must purify it by implanting it in host creatures and killing them one after another. At 100%, it becomes a Sephira Crystal.
• By command: /give @s dateaslime:sephira_<sephira>, then right-click.
• By force: on a server, the Sephira Extractor tears the crystal out of a player at the end of a group ritual. The victim loses their Angel and dies; the crystal drops for anyone to take.

The world

• The Cathedral of the Extractor, a gothic cult church with the machine at the back of the choir and a guarded crypt.
• The seven sky sanctums, one per Spirit.
• A shadow dimension, where Zaphkiel, Emperor of Eternity hides and imprisons its prey.

For servers

No config file: nine gamerules control the terrain (Lataibu, Segva, Megiddo), the Extractor, the chains, Spirit respawns and Qlipha drops. No commands of its own: see Useful commands.
