Incantations

My incantation typed in chat goes out as a normal message. The message must be entirely incantation, and start with System Call (or a weapon art, or a sword skill's name) if no incantation is already in progress. A single unknown word is enough for chat to let it through. Also check that the chatIncantation option is not disabled on the server.

Do capitals and punctuation matter? No: SYSTEM CALL. Generate Umbra Element! and system call generate umbra element are the same. See Incantation reference.

"You cannot hold more than 2 elements". That's your System Control Authority: one more element every 10 levels. See System and Object Control Authority.

"Not enough Sacred Power here". The place is drained or poor. Go into greenery, in full sunlight, or wait for it to recharge. See Sacred Power.

My elements vanish on their own. Without a new command for 12 seconds (24 with cores), the incantation closes and the elements dissipate.

Divine Objects

"This weapon needs Object Control Authority 45". A Divine Object's arts need an OCA at least equal to its Priority; Release Recollection needs 10 more. You can still hit with the weapon, but not wake its memory. See Divine Objects and Armament Full Control.

The Conflagrate Bow refuses my arts. You have to draw the bow and keep it drawn while you speak the art; it leaves with the arrow. See Conflagrate Bow.

My whip won't lash. Below OCA 44, the Frostscale Whip does not answer its wielder. See Frostscale Whip.

Voice

The microphone hears nothing. Check the mode (wake or push) in the client config, that the download has finished (message in chat) and that Java has microphone access. See Voice recognition.

Incantations fire by themselves. Raise the confidence setting (0.55 by default), or switch to push mode with a key to hold.

Miscellaneous

Where do I find the items? In the Combat creative tab or with /give: the mod has no recipes yet.

How can I test without raising my authorities for hours? An operator can use /slimeartonline authority <player> system|object <value>. See Commands.
