Getting started
Install Slime Art Online, cast your first incantation, open a Stacia Window and understand the two authorities.
This guide takes you from installation to your first volley of elements. Allow five minutes — ten if you want to cast by voice.

Getting the content
The mod has no recipes and no natural spawns yet. Weapons, armor, eggs and fragments are found in the Combat creative tab (spawn eggs also in the Spawn Eggs tab), or through /give. Incantations, on the other hand, are open to everyone from the very first second.
Your first incantation
Open chat and type, in one go or across several messages:
system call, generate luminous element, form element, arrow shape, discharge
- System Call opens the incantation (an amethyst chime).
- Generate Luminous Element makes a light appear at a fingertip.
- Form Element, Arrow Shape shapes it into an arrow.
- Discharge fires it at whatever you look at.
Players within 24 blocks read the incantation in purple, like a whisper; the rest of the server sees nothing. An ordinary sentence that happens to contain "discharge" is not taken for a spell: the whole message must be incantation.
What limits you at first
- Two elements at a time: at System Control Authority 1 you only hold two elements. One more finger every 10 levels, up to 10. See System and Object Control Authority.
- Local Sacred Power: every element costs 8. A flowery plain in broad daylight is full of it; a cave or a town much less so. See Sacred Power.
- Time: without a new command for 12 seconds, held elements dissipate.
- Divine Objects: their arts need an Object Control Authority at least equal to their Priority (44 to 49). You start at 10: it takes a lot of fighting. See
Divine Objects and Armament Full Control.
The first minutes, step by step
- Open your own Stacia Window: empty-handed, look at the sky, press N, draw an S in one mouse stroke, then click. You read your Unit ID, your Durability (your health) and both authorities. See Stacia Window.
- Check the command list:
system call, inspect entire command list. - Try a Burst:
system call, generate thermal element, generate thermal element, burst element— both flames explode in front of you. - Make an element cling:
system call, generate aerial element, adherewhile looking at the sky launches you forward, then lets you fall slowly. - Hunt your first creatures: every creature you kill raises both authorities, more so if it is hostile.
What next?
- Shapes and flight arguments to vary your volleys.
- Grand Arts once your SCA allows it.
Armor and
Divine Objects to play the Integrity Knights.
