Heaven-Piercing Blade
Fanatio's blade, forged from a thousand mirrors: every thrust fires a ray of light, and its memory a sixty-block beam.
The Heaven-Piercing Blade belongs to Fanatio Synthesis Two, vice-commander of the Integrity Knights. A thousand silver mirrors turned toward Solus once gathered its light into a single point; the Administrator melted them into a long, thin blade, polished like a mirror, wielded with thrusts like a rapier. Its Enhance Armament fires a ray of light with every thrust; its Release Recollection gives back all the light of the sky at once, in a sixty-block beam.

Light and blocks
Rays and beam travel straight and stop at the first solid block, but pass through what is fragile: glass and panes shatter, leaves and snow burn away, ice melts into water (except in the Nether). A ray pierces 3 fragile blocks this way, the beam 4. Protections (spawn, adventure mode) are respected, and the breaksFragileBlocks setting can turn this off.
Armament Full Control
With the sword in your main hand, say or type the art, no System Call.
Incantation: Enhance Armament — OCA 46 or more.
The blade lights up. For 12 s, every thrust — every left click, hit or miss — fires a ray of light from the tip toward what you are looking at, at most one every 0.5 s. The ray pierces every living thing on its line and sets it on fire; at the end, where it hits a block, a small explosion bursts (breaking nothing).
| Value | |
|---|---|
| Art duration | 12 s |
| Rate | 1 ray per thrust, 2 per second at most |
| Range | 30 blocks |
| Ray damage | 4.5 × power to each creature crossed, fire 3 s, slight push |
| Impact explosion | 2.5 × power within 1.6 blocks |
| Cooldown | 15 s, counted from the incantation |
| Spares | you and your allies |
| Gain | +2 OCA XP |
The ray only fires while your OCA still meets the sword's Priority. At OCA 46, each ray deals 6.6: twenty-four thrusts in 12 s make for a steady barrage.
Incantation: Release Recollection — OCA 56 or more.
You raise the blade: the rays of Solus come down from the sky and bend toward it, the facets of the thousand mirrors return to circle the blade and line up, the tip glows brighter and brighter. You brace yourself: Slowness II for the whole art. At 2.5 s everything leaves at once: the beam fires, sixty blocks in one stroke.
For nearly 5 s it follows your gaze, slowly (2.2° per tick at most), swaying a little. Everything it touches burns; its impact traces a trench of molten rock on the ground that still burns whoever stands in it, then cools from white-gold to dark red.
| Value | |
|---|---|
| Charge | 2.5 s |
| Beam | 60 blocks, 2.2-block radius, nearly 5 s |
| Damage in the beam | 9 × power every 0.5 s (10 salvos), fire 8 s, push |
| Splash at the impact | 4 × power around the point hit |
| Trench | 1.5 fire damage every 0.5 s, fire 4 s, on points scorched less than 2.75 s ago |
| On you | Slowness II for 7.3 s |
| Cooldown | 90 s (shared by both arts) |
| Spares | you and your allies |
| Gain | +6 OCA XP |
At OCA 56 (power 1.56), each salvo deals 14: a target that stays in the beam takes up to 140 damage. If the server enables releaseCarvesTrench, the beam carves a real trench into soil and soft rock (3 blocks per tick at most, no drops; never bedrock, obsidian or chests).
Tips
- During Enhance Armament, thrust into the air while aiming: no need to be in melee, every swing fires.
- The beam turns slowly: sweep a line of enemies rather than chasing a nimble target.
- Near the beam, the screen turns golden and dazzles, but never goes white: you can always see what you are fighting.
